I know this is a high-stress, weird, scary and difficult time for all of us! I wanted to provide you with a great home workout that will having you definitely working up a sweat in your living room lol! Also, I have added some of my favorite Grand Rapids restaurants that are still open for delivery or pick-up! Stay safe and healthy everyone!

     WARM UP, 30 seconds each

Jump Rope
Squats
Jump Rope
Front Lunges
Jump Rope
Modified Push Ups on knees

 5lbs 8 – 12 reps – Repeat 2 – 3x

Bicep Curls
Bicep Curl to Shoulder Press
Squat, Bicep Curl, shoulder press
       1 minute Jumping Jacks
Bent Over Rows
Triceps Kickbacks 
Bent Over Row to Tricep Kickback
        1 min Jumping Jacks
Lying Chest Pressed
Lying Chest Flys
5-10 modified Pushups 
         1 min Mountain Climbers 

30 sec Crunches, 30 sec Sit Ups, 30 sec Plank, 30 sec side plank (each side)
