Happy September! September is my favorite month of the year. I love how the beginning of the month is still warm like summer, but the mornings and nights slowly get colder as it goes on. 

It seemed like August passed by, in the blink of an eye. Anyone else? 

Currently, I am going through many transitions and adjustings in my personal life, so I am hoping September brings a lot of growth. 

I am going to set three words to live by this month. Write your three words down and put them somewhere; you see them every day. This is an excellent reminder for you and keeps them at the forefront of your mind throughout the month. It is great to have a mindful reminder. These three words can be anything you want to achieve, work on, remember to do, etc.

Wellness: Focus on taking care of my overall well-being in every aspect.

Confidence: Believe in myself and know my worth!

Vitality: I love this word! I want to do one thing each day that I genuinely enjoy.  

My three goals this month are:

  1. Only focus on and give attention to things that serve me; spiritually, mentally, and emotionally.
  2. Complete Madeline Moves 5x a week. I subscribed to this workout program, and I want to focus on fitness this month.
  3. Become more plant-based. I’ve been doing a lot of research and believe this will help improve my GI health.
