Toned arms here we come!! My arms are one of my biggest insecurities. They used to be super toned in high school, but ever since I stopped playing sports, I am not a fan of how they look. Arm workouts are my favorite, and I need to do more of them. Also, starting tomorrow -can you believe it’s JULY tomorrow?! – I’m doing this 30-day arm challenge (click on arm challenge for the link, I don’t know it doesn’t highlight it) if you want to do it with me. I think one of my July goals is going to be to feel more confident about my arms by the end of the month! Speaking of goals..how did your June goals go?
