As I stated in my welcome post I am not an expert when it comes to fitness, but I do try to workout a couple of times a week! Truthfully, the last few weeks I feel like I have hit a rut (we’re all human! It happens) and finding motivation has been more difficult. I am hoping to find inspiration from writing these blog posts to get back on my game!
One thing I look at in a workout is how long it’s going to take. I want to work up a sweat and get my workout done quick! No need to drag it out, especially if I am working out by myself. I thought I would share with you one of my favorite arm workouts. All you need is two dumbbells and this workout can be done at home. It definitely gets your blood pumping and you’ll be feeling the burn!
12-20 reps, slow tempo, 3 sets each
Bicep Curl to Shoulder Press
Squat, Bicep Curl, shoulder press
1 minute Jumping Jacks
Bent Over Rows
Bent Over Row to Tricep Kickback
1 min Jumping Jacks
Lying Chest Pressed
Lying Chest Flys
5-10 modified Pushups
1 min Mountain Climbers
