I haven’t posted a workout in awhile! But here is a quick one you could do when you when you wake up or before bed or whenever 🙂

30 seconds each, 2 rounds
High knees
Front Lunges 
Walk out planks

Also, some fun clean ingredient, gluten free & dairy free snacks are:

  1. Tone It Up Protein bars – my personal fav is the Birthday Cake flavor
  2. That’s It bars – my personal fav is the apple and strawberry flavor
  3. Simple Mills crackers – Sea Salt
  4. Birds Eye Veggie pasta – my personal fav is Spaghetti Style Marinara
